Silver Leaf Standoff, 40” x 60,” oil on linen was painted for an exhibition titled “Sacred Wisdom” for the San Benito Cultural Heritage Museum in 2019. This series followed my experiences with the landscape from a distant view where I relax to the overwhelming varieties of layers and movements, to the details of a micro world found only when we slow down to look closely.
