The blue reflecting off this great white bird cuts through the shadows of the Mangrove as light rakes across from the leaves, to his back, and finally into the reflections on water. This highly detailed painting took months to complete. The gentle ripples and stoic protagonist offer peaceful vistas, making this one a favorite.
